What youll do As a Service Delivery Leader, youll: Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver highquality, clientcentred services. Oversee daily operations, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with regulatory standards. Work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans. Champion a positive team culture focused on continuous learning, respect, and empowerment. Drive service improvements to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. What youll bring As a driven and passionate leader, youll bring: Experience leading and supporting teams in the disability, ageing, or community services sector. Strong knowledge of NDIS and/or aged care standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance. Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with clients, families, and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problemsolving and driving continuous improvement. Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) and required checks.
