Sales Representative Grocery & Independents 24M Contract Full-Time Opportunity | Field-Basedrole in GC - Brisbane Were looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Sales Team Providers & Trade Partners Dedicated Sales Team, managing a defined territory looking after market leading brands.About the Role Youll take full ownership of your territory, working across both Grocery and Independent channels. Youll be responsible for driving promotions, ensuring range compliance, unlocking additional display opportunities, and building strong relationships in-store. What Youll Be Doing Own and manage your territory like its your own business Sell in promotional activity and upsell around major events Ensure core range compliance and strong shelf & floor presence Drive standout displays aligned to Gold / Silver / Bronze standards Build and influence relationships with Store Managers, Grocery Managers and key in-store stakeholders Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close opportunities Plan your week strategically to maximise results Provide accurate reporting, competitor insights and market intelligence What Were Looking For Minimum 2 years experience in sales, retail or merchandising across Grocery or Independent Grocery Willingness and enthusiasm to work across both Grocery & Independent channels Current valid drivers licence and reliable car Sales-focused, results-driven and highly self-motivated Confident selling, negotiation and objection-handling skills Strong relationship builder who can adapt to different buyer types Resilient, positive and solutions-focused Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Tech-savvy with working knowledge of email, Excel and basic CRM tools About Us: Sales Team Providers is part of the DKSH Smollan Group, the leading Market Expansion Services provider across the Asia Pacific region, creating a global footprint across more than 85 countries.
