In this pivotal role, you will manage complex and confidential matters, coordinate correspondence and briefings, and ensure the efficient flow of information across the organisation. You will oversee the Chief Executives diary, prioritise communications, and manage incoming and outgoing documentation to support effective and timely decisionmaking. The role also involves organising highlevel meetings, workshops and events, preparing agendas, papers and minutes for committees, and liaising with stakeholders across the Ministry of Health, Ministers Office, senior executives and other government agencies. You will support the preparation of sensitive briefings and reports, manage competing priorities, and attend governance forums to provide executive and secretarial support.
