This includes the operational management of patient access and care coordination for the facility and RHW Tiered Perinatal Network (TPN).The AHNM will manage all significant events outside business hours in consultation with the Executive on-call.The AHNM has the professional responsibility for the nursing, midwifery and associated support staff working after hours including the effective management of skill mix, monitoring and replacement of unplanned shifts and all WH&S associated responsibilities.Benefits:Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.Salary packaging optionsthat reduce your taxable income and increase your take-home pay!
