This is a jobshare position, working either three days or two days per week. We are seeking customerservicefocused candidates who are passionate about enhancing the patient journey while providing efficient and effective support to our frontline healthcare teams.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families and staff, requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism and a high level of accuracy. You will provide consistent, highquality customer service across telephone, email and facetoface interactions.The position is responsible for carrying out all administrative duties associated with ward activity and patient management.
