With industry-leading safety standards, you can focus on doing your best work alongside skilled colleagues while gaining job training to progress your career.The RoleWe are looking for a health care professional to provide specialist assessment and ongoing care of patients with acute and chronic primary care health issues in correctional campuses administered by Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network in accordance with best evidence-based practice and organisational policies.This position provides specialist assessment and ongoing care of young people with acute and chronic primary care and adolescent health issues at the Acmena (Grafton) and Riverina (Wagga Wagga) Youth Justice Centres.
