We deliver personalised inhome supports and community access across Northern NSW and the Southern Gold Coast, focused on empowering participants to live their best lives. Locations were recruiting for Northern Rivers: Ballina, Lismore, Nimbin, Murwillumbah Southern Gold Coast / Tweed Heads corridor Role overview Join a local and dedicated support team as a casual Disability Support Worker. Work alongside an experienced team in a closeknit group of support workers to deliver communityfocused, personcentred supports. Casual shifts available across weekdays, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Provide respectful, personcentred support for community access and inhome tasks. Assist with daily living tasks (shopping, meal prep, transport, social activities). Attend and support participants at scheduled appointments (including clinic attendance when required). Follow individual support plans, behaviour support strategies and safety procedures. Update shift notes via the app and communicate with Team Leaders and the team. Maintain professional boundaries and protect participant privacy and dignity. Who were looking for Enthusiastic, compassionate and patient with strong listening and communication skills. Ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries. Reliable, flexible and teamoriented. Lived experience welcome. Experience with personal care or complex behaviours is beneficial but not required. Requirements (on commencement) Permanent Australian working rights (preferred). Valid Australian drivers licence (preferred). Comprehensive car insurance (required if using a vehicle). NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required). NDIS Worker Screening Check (required). Ability to travel reliably across the listed regions. Pay & conditions Weekday base rate: $35$38 per hour (dependent on role/experience). Higher rates/penalties apply for afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays; complex care allowance for highintensity clients; kilometre reimbursement available. Cancellation guarantee: if a booked shift is cancelled within 24 hours and we cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will be paid for the shift.
