This is a role where youll be trusted to do your best work - with the backing of a supportive team and leadership that understands the realities of the job. What Youll Be Doing Manage a diverse, community-based caseload Conduct functional behaviour assessments Develop person-centred, evidence-informed Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS goals Deliver meaningful therapeutic interventions that build capacity and improve quality of life Collaborate with families, carers, and support teams Actively participate in our clinical governance and supervision framework About You Registered as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced) Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field Strong experience in specialist behaviour support Passionate about person-centred, ethical practice Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience across disability and/or health settings Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and drivers licence Ready to Join Us?
