This is your chance!We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hospital administration team, working across a variety of areas including Emergency Department, ward clerk, front office, and radiology reception.Everything You Need to Know!In this role, youll be involved in a wide range of administrative tasks, including:Managing reception duties greeting patients, answering calls, and responding to enquiriesScheduling and coordinating appointmentsMaintaining accurate and confidential patient recordsProcessing admissions, discharges, and transfersSupporting clinical and management teams with data entry, correspondence, and reportsYou will work a variety of shifts to gain exposure to different hospital areas:Monday Friday: 8:00am 4:30pmEmergency Department after hours: Monday Friday, 5:00pm 9:00pmWeekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am 6:30pmAbout YouWere looking for someone whos enthusiastic, organised, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
