Coordinator of Supports Were building out our Support Coordination team and looking for someone solid to come on board. Youll need to already be working as a COS and have a small caseload you can bring across. Around 1015 participants. We care about how you work and how you show up for people. What youll actually be doing: Getting to know your participants properly. Helping them use their plan without it feeling overwhelming Linking them in with the right supports. Being the go-to when things change or fall over Supporting plan reviews, goals, and big life stuff Keeping an eye on budgets and making sure things are tracking properly Working with plan managers and providers so nothing gets missed Helping people understand their rights and back themselves Staying on top of the admin so things dont stall Youll suit this if you: Have a couple of years behind you in disability, mental health or similar Care about people having real choice and control Dont need to be micromanaged Communicate well and know how to read a situation Stay calm when things get messy Keep yourself organised Know the NDIS well enough to explain it without all the jargon What youll get: Good pay KPIs that make sense Flexibility with your week A team that backs you Hybrid role (Office and WFH) Where this is heading: Were building this arm of the business properly.
