Boom Operator & Line Hand Crete Construct Pty Ltd | Brisbane & Surrounds Crete Construct is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our growing concrete crew. We are currently hiring for Boom Operators and Line Hands to work across residential and commercial projects. Boom Operator Role Operate concrete boom pump safely and efficiently Control and direct concrete placement during pours Communicate with drivers and crew on site Complete pre-start checks and report any issues Maintain safety and quality standards at all times Requirements: Experience operating boom pumps preferred Strong understanding of site safety Reliable and able to work in a team Line Hand Role Set up and handle hoses and lines during pours Assist with directing concrete flow Support the crew and Boom Operator Clean and maintain equipment after jobs General labouring duties on site Requirements: Physically fit and ready for hands-on work Good attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and team-focused What We Offer Consistent work with a solid crew Opportunity to grow within the company Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience Apply now or message us directly.
