As a Guest Service Agent or Valet Attendant, no two days are the same. You will assist our guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience, and everything in between - check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, valet parking, and responding to guest requests - whilst creating unforgettable heartfelt moments. Joinus, andbecomeaHeartist Job Description Please specify which role you are interested in when applying: Guest Service Agent Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional Logging all guest requests to ensure they are met within established timeframes Positively handling guest complaints and escalating as required Securely storing and delivering guest luggage Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience Assist with valet parking as required Valet Attendant Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles Managing pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner Guide guests to their room where required Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage Ensure all logs are completed for receipt and outgoing parcels, mails etc Assist with room shows for guests as requested by Front Office team members Respond to guest requests and queries providingknowledgeable, accurate and helpful information Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment An energetic, team-focused, and can-do attitude individual Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including the ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Knowledge of Opera PSM is a bonus A full Drivers Licence is essential Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidayperiods To be successful in this role, you must have rights to work for any employee in Australia.
