In this role, you will:Provide nonclinical advocacy, support, liaison and health promotion services in community and hospital settings.Facilitate access to government and nongovernment services to meet the social, emotional and cultural needs of clients.Deliver holistic, culturally sensitive care to Aboriginal women and their families.Provide clinical services within your defined Scope of Practice.Work alongside a midwife deliver culturally appropriate antenatal and postnatal care.Act as a cultural broker, supporting Aboriginal patients to navigate the health system.Contribute as part of a collaborative, supportive healthcare team.CriteriaCandidates will need to meet the following criteria:This is an identified position in accordance with Section 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.
