Job Info Location: LETHBRIDGE, VIC Salary: Award Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job DescriptionNagambie Farm Services Pty Ltd has 15 positions available for dedicated and hard-working general labourers to undertake work on poultry farms in the Lethbridge region of Victoria. These positions are full time on going and due to commence in June 2026, for an employment period of up to 4 years. Key Responsibilities: Catching and handling live poultry, Preparing poultry sheds for chickens including washing, putting together and installing equipment, such as drinkers, feeders and Other labouring duties, as required. The right person for these positions would possess the following: A good level of general physical fitness & agility to meet the demands of the role Willing to undertake physically demanding and repetitive work involving working in close contact with poultry birds Ability and willingness to follow instructions, quickly learn and apply new processes Capable of working in a team environment as well as autonomously. Be able to multi-task with attention to detail. Successful candidates will be employed as full time employees working 38 ordinary hours per week. Staff must be available to work 5 days a week and up to 7 days per week during busy periods. Occasional afternoon / night shift and weekend work may be required. Workers will be paid an hourly rate in accordance with the Pastoral Award 2020.
