We work in partnership across government, applying and testing insights, supporting implementation, and growing capability through our relationships. We conductrandomisedcontrolled trials, design impact evaluations, develop new sludge-busting tools, turn data intoevidenceand champion the voices of customers in co-design. To learn more about what we do, visitpart of our team your role is tosupportresearch,design,implementationand evaluationof behavioural interventionsin aGovernmentcontext,andinform advice to Government agencies.You will work in project teamsto undertake a range of evidence-generating, impact-oriented practices (in research, design, evaluation)that willidentifyhowbehavioural insights can improve service outcomes and peoples lives.Although no two days will be the same, you willbe responsible for:Conductingreviewsof,andsynthesising,available evidenceandidentifyingopportunities for the application or testing of behavioural insightsConductingquantitativeor qualitativefieldwork(surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations,user testing,sludgeaudits)Supporting the design of behavioural interventions including helping prepare theories of change,applyingbehavioural change frameworks, and reviewing data and evaluation requirementsyoullbe supported to learn and sharpen these skills on the jobContributing to effective projectplanning anddelivery bysupporting the development ofproject plansand routinesLearning about and then adhering torigorous research,Government,designand evaluation protocols to ensure our approach is ethical, our results are robust, and our work puts people firstBringinginterventions and adviceto life by creating compelling, share-worthy visualizations, reports or stories thatyou will present and shareLearning from and collaborating with other Data Analysts and Behavioural Advisors in an environment of curiosity and mutual supportBy working with us you will share each day with teammates who love learning, care deeply and bring themselves (and their fun) to work.
