About Us : We operate a busy production bakehouse supplying our own retail stores and a growing wholesale network with handcrafted baked goods made fresh every day. The Role We''re looking for a skilled Baker and Cake Decorator to join our production team. This is a dual-skill role you''ll be across both daily baking production and the finishing and decoration of cakes and specialty products. If you take pride in what comes out of your kitchen and can work at pace without cutting corners, we want to hear from you. What You''ll Be Doing Produce daily baked goods including bread, rolls, pastries, and pies to consistent quality standards Decorate and finish cakes and specialty products to a high standard for retail display and custom orders Assist with preparation of fillings, icings, ganaches, and other decorating components Meet daily production targets for retail store supply and wholesale fulfilment Maintain food safety and WHS compliance across the production and decorating areas Support junior team members and apprentices on the floor Contribute ideas for seasonal products, decorating styles, and new range development About You Experience in both production baking and cake decorating At least 1 year in a commercial bakery or patisserie environment Flexible with hours and available across the week Reliable, creative, and quality-driven What''s On Offer Competitive salary negotiated on experience above-award rates for the right candidate Permanent full-time role with a well-established, community-focused business Staff discounts across all bakery and caf products Visa sponsorship available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00 $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Salary packaging Visa sponsorship Ability to commute/relocate: Huskisson NSW 2540: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
