Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in Goulburn. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial 45 month assignment, with an immediate start required. This role is office-based, so you will be working on-site each day. This is a varied role where attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and producing monthly reports Creating graphs and presenting data clearly Entering and maintaining accurate data in Excel Formatting reports and compiling newsletters Managing email correspondence on behalf of management Coordinating medical appointments Diary management and scheduling Auditing and maintaining filing systems Scanning documentation and electronic filing Handling confidential health and employment records To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data Excellent written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A professional approach with a high level of confidentiality You will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and provide professional referees as part of the recruitment process.
