As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and professional experience for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys multitasking, building relationships, and working as part of a supportive team. You will work closely with our Office Manager and provide support across Administration and Student Services when required. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence efficiently Provide administrative support to Student Services, including attendance, records, and first aid assistance Respond to parent and student enquiries with care and clarity Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of professionalism About You You are someone who: Bringsenergy, warmth, and positivityto every interaction Has strongcommunication and organisational skills Thrives in abusy, people-focused environment Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team Is passionate about deliveringexcellent customer service Qualifications & Experience Experience in reception, administration, or customer service (school setting desirable) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with school systems (desirable but not essential) Current First Aid Certificate Working With Children Check National Police Clearance Our Values & Expectations At Foundation Christian College, we are committed to our core values ofLIFERS Leadership, Integrity, Faith, Excellence, Respect, and Service.
