About The Role As a case worker, you will work closely and flexibly with between 7-9 families, maintaining regular face-to-face contact. Your work will be informed by child protection risks, ensuring families progress on their goals. Our family-centred framework guides your approach, with a strong focus on achieving positive outcomes for children''s and young peoples wellbeing.
