As a result of rapid national growth, were now looking for a well-presented, energetic B2B Sales Representative to help us expand further into the WA builders market(North and South) and were excited to welcome someone ready to grow with us. About the Role:To grow our business by building strong relationships with builders across WA, youll be out in the field, engaging directly with potential clients, building a portfolio, and ensuring they receive top-quality service and support from start to finish. Youll be provided with everything you need, including: A fully maintained company vehicle Fuel card Phone, tablet, and e-tag Base salary + performance-based commission Duties & Responsibilities: Generate new business across targeted suburbs in WA Build long-term relationships with builders Conduct on-site cold calling and regular follow-ups Prepare accurate, professional proposals and quotations Negotiate and close deals effectively Provide timely support and solutions to clients Identify new sales opportunities and markets Work independently while staying highly motivated Maintain a customer-first approach at all times Skills & Qualities Were Looking For: Strong work ethic and self-motivation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Resilient attitude you dont give up after a no Able to work independently and manage your time well Confident with cold calling and meeting new people Comfortable negotiating and closing deals Professional presentation and manner Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!): Previous experience in sales or business development Background in construction or the ability to read site drawings/contracts Knowledge of subcontractor agreements Familiarity with the WA building industry Requirements: Current and valid drivers license Full working rights in Australia Ready to Start Your Sales Career?If youre young, ambitious, energetic, and ready to make your mark in a fast-growing company we want to hear from you!
