Our Program Assistants ensure a healthy and safe environment for all our clients in all our community centre.Key skills and qualifications you bring: Excellent problem-solving abilities Creative innovative approach to program delivery Highly developed communication skills for working with a broad range of clients An understanding or desire to learn the principles of person-centred planning and experience in transforming plans into actions Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously Ability to show initiative Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check Full Victorian Drivers License and the ability, confidence or willingness to learn driving a 10-seater bus.
