Minimum requirements for the Role Australian recognised Trade Certificate with a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship exposure in an engineering workshop environment. Understanding of Australian Welding Standards and industry best practices Experience in welding processes such as FCAW and MIG Structural steel, piping, or heavy fabrication experience. Good communication, positive attitude towards safety and an excellent work ethic. Ability to pass regular / random drug and alcohol screens Must comply with company Quality and Safety systems and process. The following would also be highly regarded but notessential. Experience in MMAW and SAW welding processes Rigging & Dogmans ticket Working at Heights and Confined Space training.
