About the Role Rockingham Mitsubishi are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements Audit repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Liaise with service advisors and technicians for correct documentation Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding approvals Maintain detailed records of claims, rejections, and adjustments Skills & Experience Previous experience in warranty administration or dealership service administration Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Knowledge of automotive service processes and manufacturer systems (desirable) Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and organisational skills Current drivers licence Full Australian workting rights Benefits Monday to Friday role with consistent hours Join a supportive, professional, and high-performing service team Ongoing training and development opportunities Team member discounts across automotive products and services Stable, full-time position within a nationally recognised dealership Rockingham Mitsubishi is a high-performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
