We''re currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Assistant (part-time or full-time) at TerryWhite Chemmart Bannockburn Central located within Bannockburn Central Shopping Centre in Bannockburn. Previous experience in an Australian or New Zealand-based pharmacy is preferred. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents only. Certificate III in Community Pharmacy must be completed during employment for candidates without prior pharmacy experience. We pride ourselves on the high level of service and care we provide our customers so we can offer them the best solutions to help with their health needs. Training on pharmacy systems will be provided as required. Key Requirements & Responsibilities Assist in the sale of S2 and S3 medicines with appropriate knowledge Provide customer service and assist with general patient or staff enquiries Replenish stock and manage inventory within the pharmacy Process orders and undertake general administrative or support tasks Excellent customer service and communication skills Minimum 2+ years retail customer service experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, confidentiality, and sensitivity when addressing patient needs Participate in ongoing training and development to build you pharmacy knowledge What we offer Competitive salary in line with experience Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive team environment and support by our Pharmacy Managers Employee discounts on all products in the pharmacy If this position description sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
