Australian Glass Group (AGG) is a leading Australian glass processor with operations across the east coast. Our Rokeby site is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch Loader / MR Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is dependable, physically capable, and takes pride in doing the job properly. You will be responsible for loading and unloading glass, preparing deliveries, carrying out dispatch checks, and delivering products to customers when required. About the role Your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading glass products safely Preparing customer orders for dispatch Checking loads before transport Completing dispatch paperwork and basic records Helping keep the dispatch area organised, safe, and efficient Delivering customer orders when required Following safe manual handling and operational procedures at all times This role is physically demanding and requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. What were looking for MR licence is essential Strong commitment to safety and following procedures Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic Physically fit and capable of manual work Good attention to detail Ability to work well in a team Ability to work independently and use initiative Good communication skills Experience in dispatch, driving, warehousing, manufacturing, or the glass industry will be highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
