Were seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Salt Ash, located at 2634 Nelson Bay Road, Salt Ash NSW 2318, on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. What youll do Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Support daily routines, transitions, and supervision of children Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS) What youll bring A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for NSW Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential Why Busy Bees?
