The Company Active Crane Hire is a leading tower crane rental Company on the East Coast of Australia with HQ based in Somersby on the Central Coast NSW. Due to our recent expansion and work environment, we are now seeking a boilermaker / welder for our busy operations. ThePosition on offer is permanent with an immediate start. About the Role General fabrication and structural repairson crane components and associated equipment High-quality MIG weldingon structural steel and heavy components Reading and interpreting engineering and workshop drawings Maintaining high standards of safety and quality Overtime available (critical for experienced tradespeople) An attractive remuneration package will be structured depending on the experience offered by the applicant. Up to $50 per hour + SUPER + OVERTIME About You To be successful in this Position you would need to have: Trade qualification orrelevant welding / fabrication experience Strong MIG welding skillswith the ability to produce clean, accurate welds Ability to read and interpret engineering and workshop drawings Current Australian drivers licence A good general level of fitness A professional attitude and presentation Strong timemanagement skills A versatile, selfmotivated mindset with mechanical aptitude Ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to undergo daily fitforwork testing under our Drug & Alcohol Policy More about the Company our Values and our Benefits Active Crane Hire is a well established business with a strong family oriented culture and has over 20 years experience in the Construction Industry.
