See our website: www.indtim.com.au Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor. Your main responsibility willbe leading the team to ensure that all customer orders are complete and correct, ready for dispatch. The position also entails but is not limited to: Appropriately managing staff including the management of employee performance, development, and training. Working closely with other teams in the business to fulfill customer order and delivery requirements on time and in full. Ensuring goods inwards is accurate and care is taken with all stock Attention to OHS and Housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment. You must: Have experience managing staff and production Have excellent organisation / time management skills Have excellent communication skills (oral & written) Be able to work collaboratively in a busy team environment Be ''hands on proactive and a team player Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening Have a WorkSafe LF Licence Forklift Computer literate using Microsoft Office and Outlook In addition to the above, you must also: Grow and maintain a high morale workplace with the highest ethical standards Implement and maintain safety standards and culture Ensure that plant and equipment is maintained in a sound working order and conduct regular inspections and maintenance with the assistance of sub-contractors Be highly organised and self-motivated This is an integral role and a person with an enthusiastic, energetic, and can-do attitude will suit the position.
