You''ll partner with our clients and the MJs Plastering team to deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused plastering services that keep facilities and homes looking and performing at their best. You''ll play a key part in setting and sanding walls, ceilings, and decorative finishes to a professional standard. Why You''ll Love Working With MJ''s PlasteringStrong wages, RDOs & paid overtimeOpportunity for career growth as the business continues to growRecognition & rewards Family-oriented, positive work cultureSafe systems & supportive team What You''ll Be Doing Youll be working alongside the Director and an experienced team, delivering consistently high-quality plastering work.* Carry out all aspects of plastering, particularly setting and finishing* Install cornices and decorative mouldings with precision and attention to detail* Perform patching, surface preparation, and finishing to a high standard, ready for painting* Liaise with supervisors, facilities managers, and clients to ensure quality outcomes Your Education, Experience & Skills* Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining (minimum qualification)* Experience across building and construction, particularly residential or commercial sites* WHS Construction White Card* Current Australian driver''s licence* Clear police check or ability to obtain one* Strong communication skills and customer focus* Proven ability to work independently and within a team* Full working rights in Australia (essential) About MJs PlasteringMJs Plastering is awell-established, medium-sized plastering businessbased on the Central Coast, delivering high-quality work across residential and commercial projects.
