In this community-focused role, you will support families through a strengths-based, wellness-focused approach that builds parental confidence and capability. By providing information, resources, guidance, and role modelling safe and responsive care, you will help families achieve positive health outcomes.Using evidence-based screening tools and comprehensive assessments, you will identify health variations or vulnerabilities and work collaboratively with families to develop tailored care plans, and interventions that meet their individual needs.Ideal for a nurse who values collaboration, compassion, and innovation, this rewarding opportunity supports families during the critical early years while offering strong professional development and the chance to influence lasting health outcomes.To find out more, please review the Position Description.Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA), meeting all NMBA Registered Nurse standards for practice, and complying with relevant standards, codes, guidelines and frameworks.Post Graduate qualifications in Child and Family Health, along with Authorised Nurse Immuniser status and Family Partnership Training.
