The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Stores Supervisor to join our Wattleup based workshop. In this full-time, permanent role you will be responsible for managing our stores team with safety as the priority, ensuring all tasks are executed without harm to people, product or equipment. Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Lead the team in accurately and promptly receiving incoming goods. Oversee the packing and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate transport and logistic requirements efficiently. Update and maintain the computerized inventory control system. Coordinate inventory audit requirements effectively. Supervise the receipt and issue of goods from store inventory to the business. Ensure appropriate housekeeping duties are undertaken to maintain the safe operation of the work area. About You To be considered for this position you will ideally have: Experience in a similar role, with a solid grasp of numbers and a high degree of accuracy. Be safety focused Hold a High Risk Work License for Forklift operation & Dogging Hold a valid drivers license Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and strong data entry skills. Previous experience working in the mining/manufacturing industry, is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of ERP systems, with previous experience in Pronto considered advantageous.
