Permanent Full-Time Position 38 hours per week $75,000 - 85,000 per year + superannuation (based on qualifications and experience) Location: Little Kindy Yass Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We are currently seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our warm and supportive team at Little Kindy Yass, a long day care centre committed to delivering high-quality education and care to children in their early years. About the Role: The ECT will work closely with the Centre Manager and Room Leaders to lead our Kindergarten program, based on the Early Years Learning Framework and incorporating a play-based, child-led approach. You will help foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes each child''s learning and development. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering a high-quality educational program Supporting children''s emotional and social development Collaborating with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and learning Maintaining documentation, observations, and assessments of childrens learning Leading with professionalism and a commitment to best practices What Were Looking For: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Current WA Working with Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and teamwork skills A passion for early childhood education and a warm, caring nature Why Join Little Kindy Yass?
