Bathroom Renovator / Carpenter A-Player Role Location: Pakenham, VIC (Must live close by)Role Type: Full-timePay: Excellent base + KPI bonuses + vehicle + fuel + E-tag Applicants must live in Pakenham or the immediate surrounding area and be comfortable travelling to all Melbourne suburbs during work hours- We start work from our Pakenham Warehouse each day. We are not looking for just anyone.We are looking for a motivated, positive, and reliable qualified Carpenter with proven experience working on bathroom renovations who wants to grow with us long-term, takes pride in their craft, and delivers the red-carpet service our clients rave about. What Youll Be DoingYou will work across a variety of bathroom and shower renovation projects throughout Melbourne, including: Demolition of showers and bathrooms Framing and straightening walls Replacing/reinforcing joists/ replacing timber flooring Building niches Sheeting up walls and floors in bathrooms Installing door jambs and architraves- You must already be skilled and experienced in the above tasks. The below skills will be highly regarded in addition to those above: Waterproofing Caulking Installing shower screens Optional Career Pathway Into a Mixed Sales RoleFor the right person, there is an opportunity to progress into a mixed technical and consultation-based role. This pathway is available to team members who want it and are willing to complete our structured sales training program. It involves attending professional project consultations with homeowners, assessing bathrooms, identifying issues, and presenting tailored solutions using our proven process, with full training and ongoing support provided. This pathway is available for suitable candidates after they have provided 24 months service. __________________________________________________ About The Role:This role is part of a strong, supportive team, however most of the work is carried out independently on site. You will be trusted to manage your day, think ahead, sequence tasks correctly, and deliver work to our standards without constant supervision. Start every day at our Pakenham warehouse at 7:30 am, Monday to Friday Standard finish time is 3:30 pm Your day finishes at your final job site, which may be in any Melbourne suburb All jobs commence from Pakenham Daily travel is a normal and expected part of this role. Must Haves Live in Pakenham or immediate surrounding area Motivated, reliable, and positive attitude (non-negotiable) Current drivers licence & White Card Qualified Carpenter Able to attend our Pakenham facility each morning Comfortable travelling across Melbourne up to a 100 km radius Excellent communication skills with both clients and team Willing to consent to a police check & drug screening Physically fit and capable of safely lifting and carrying up to 40 kg, as this role involves manual handling of items such as shower screens, materials, and boxes of tiles when loading vans at our warehouse and transporting materials into client homes.
