More specifically, you will: Provide leadership, assistance, support and training to the Multi Residential Project Delivery TeamWork collaboratively with the Multi Residential and wider Wilson Homes team and reinforce a positive and motivated culture for all team membersReport to the GM Multi Res monthly regarding individual performance, KPIs and agreed preconstruction timeframesEnsure the pre-construction teams are reforecasting jobs monthly to allow for accurate financial reportingWork closely with Multi Res Construction and Estimating managers to ensure consistent, accurate and timely delivery of contractual documentation, and provide contract administration support to the Multi Res Construction and Estimating teams through and post constructionEffectively manage the employee lifecycle for all team members to ensure engagement and alignment with individual, team and business goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives (systems and process) aligned with operational excellence and foster an environment of innovationLead, coach, and develop teams to build capability and succession pipelinesManage preconstruction workflows to ensure documentation is delivered efficiently, supporting streamlined project delivery outcomes. About you:Whilst building knowledge is not essential you must demonstrate exceptional capability in workflow management, continuous improvement and cross functional collaboration. You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will bring: 5+ years experience in relevant property development or residential building rolesPassion for delivering operational excellenceDemonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and change effectivelyStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsConfidence in your ability to align individuals and teams to goals and gain an uplift in capability through mentoring and coachingKnowledge of the Tasmanian Planning Scheme, local council requirements and relevant Developer Guidelines is desirable and willingness to develop successful working relationships with local government and council representatives.
