Receptionist (Casual) Mildura Family Dental At Mildura Family Dental, we believe that nothing should hold a patient back from receiving the best care for their oral healthfor themselves and their family. We are looking for a superstar Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis, working closely alongside our Practice Manager to deliver an exceptional patient experience. This is a dynamic role that combines both reception and sterilisation duties, with structured training provided and opportunities for growth into broader roles such as off-site community outreach initiatives. About the Role You will be one of the first faces our patients see, playing a key role in creating a warm, professional, and efficient clinic environment. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner Managing bookings, calls, and front desk coordination Supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations Assisting with sterilisation and instrument processing between patients Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient clinical environment Coordinating with dentists and dental assistants to ensure the day runs smoothly and patients are not kept waiting unnecessarily You will begin with sterilisation training, before progressing into reception responsibilities. Hours Our clinic operates from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with shifts varying based on patient demand. This role will primarily involve morning shifts, however flexibility is essential as hours may change depending on the needs of the clinic and patients.
