Description: Are you a natural-born leader looking to support and guide a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role? You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice. Access to our online Green Leaves library Our Acknowledge platform, celebrating team achievements through shared eCards of support About You: Previous experience as an Assistant Director (preferred, not essential) Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms) A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification Current and State-relevant Working with Children''s Check Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012) National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday Make Your Move!
