You will draw on your knowledge and experience to provide accurate and timely advice to the organisation, ensuring we continue to meet compliance and legislative requirements. Strong experience in HR (either generalist or a specific discipline) is essential for this role and experience in recruitment/talent acquisition will be highly regarded. A tertiary-level qualification in an HR-related discipline, or currently studying towards a qualification is highly desirable but not essential, because we know that what you have gained in experience is equally valuable.
