What youll be doing: As the Workforce Insights & Reporting Officer, you will support the Workforce Strategy & Analytics team by maintaining and analysing workforce and establishment data to inform strategic workforce planning and decision making across the RFS. You will help develop and implement workforce strategies through high quality data management, analysis, reporting, presentation and project support that enable strategic workforce planning and decision making. Ideal Candidate: You are a detail oriented workforce or HR data professional who enjoys turning workforce data into practical insights that support strategic decisions. You are comfortable working with HR systems such as SAP (or similar), can maintain high quality data, and can produce clear reports, dashboards and workforce profiles for a range of audiences. To thrive in this role you will have:- Experience maintaining workforce, establishment and/or position related data, including organisational structures, in SAP or similar systems.- Experience extracting, analysing and interpreting workforce data to produce insights, reports and dashboards.- Experience working collaboratively within a team to develop and deliver workforce insights that support projects and service delivery.- Understanding of workforce planning principles, metrics and methodologies, and experience contributing to HR services or project delivery.
