This is a high-level leadership opportunity for an experienced Precast Concrete Manager to drive the strategic transition of a growing business in the Far South Coast and Snowy Mountains region. The role is unique for its path to equity/part ownership and its focus on low-carbon innovation. Role Overview Primary Objective: Transition an existing high-quality low-carbon concrete operation into a major regional supplier of diverse precast products. Key Product Segments: o Tilt-up Construction: Structural panels for commercial and industrial builds. o Retaining & Garden Products: Bespoke and standard landscaping solutions. o Construction & Roadway: Barriers, pipes, and infrastructure components. Remuneration: A competitive executive package with partial business ownership opportunities, specifically designed for a long-term partner rather than just an employee. Relocation: Assistance will be provided for candidates moving to the Far South Coast. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee factory setup, production scheduling, and the implementation of high-efficiency precast manufacturing lines. Quality & Innovation: Maintain the businesss edge in low-carbon concrete. Strategic Growth: Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from raw material procurement to client delivery and stakeholder management with engineers and architects. Safety Management: Ensure a culture of safety, particularly regarding the handling and transport of heavy precast elements. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum 5+ years in precast manufacturing or civil construction management. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, mould fabrication, and shop drawings.
