Your Role Mallee District Aboriginal Services (MDAS) is one of Victorias largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations. An opportunity is available for a motivated and detail oriented Asset Administration Assistant to provide administrative and clerical services to the Asset Manager and Asset team members. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation, communications and supporting the Asset team with travel bookings, accommodation, couriers, orders, invoicing, equipment and materials. Responsibilities also include preparation of correspondence and reports, minute taking and responding to queries. No day is the same and your ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines will be essential to success in this role. This is a permanent full time position based at our Mildura office location. Key Selection Criteria Ability to work independently to deliver accurate and consistent work within a high volume environment. Demonstrated ability to prioritise work to ensure that strict deadlines are met whilst maintaining a high quality of service. Proven experience in administration with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and complying with legislative requirements. Demonstrated commitment to provide services that are inclusive of Aboriginal people and engage in learning about other cultures to better establish relationships and improve services. Qualification/s & experience Previous experience in an administration support role or relevant experience.
