This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You''ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office and working closely with both our customers and internal team. --- Key Responsibilities Processing orders and invoices Dispatch and coordination of orders Scheduling bookings and jobs Accounts receivable support Customer service (phone & email) Sales support General admin and data entry --- About You We''re looking for someone who: Is confident and communicates well with customers and team members Can juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure Takes initiative and gets things done without being micromanaged Has strong attention to detail Brings a positive, team-focused attitude Has good customer service skills Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage, but not essential. --- Why Join Us?
