Your Role As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our sites. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations through strong customer service, site monitoring, and effective incident response. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to all site users Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols Manage site access and ensure safety procedures are followed Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Administer first aid when required and coordinate with emergency services Complete accurate incident reports and documentation Open and close sites securely as required Identify hazards and report security or safety concerns About You We are looking for reliable and proactive individuals who take pride in maintaining safety and professionalism. You will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Requirements Valid NSW Class 1A Security Licence Current First Aid Certification (HLTAID011 preferred) Working With Children Check (WWCC) Valid Drivers Licence Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Previous experience in security (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
