Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. Do you have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD. Demonstrated senior nursing experience with experience in leading staff and managing services in a relevant setting. Proven ability to ensure the human, physical and financial resources of the service/facility are managed to provide safe, compassionate, quality care that is culturally responsive. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary health care team to identify and ensure responsiveness of care needs.
