About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to support and guide our team in delivering high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5. This is a leadership role with a balance of pedagogical support and hands-on practice, including time working alongside educators to model and embed best practice. As Curriculum Leader, you will be the pedagogical guide of the service, supporting educators to deliver programs that honour every childs voice, curiosity, and connection to the natural world.
