Gold Coast Fire Door Services is a well established family owned business based in Burleigh Heads. We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to compliment our tight-knit team. We specialise in fire door installations, replacements, repairs and compliance, as well as non-rated doors. We cover areas from Logan to Northern NSW. This is a full time role and you will receive training however some administration experience would be preferred. Previous experience in a service and maintenance based company would also be looked upon favorably. We are a small and professional office, with support from our Brisbane based head office. Key duties for this role: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Simpro software (full training provided) Daily reception duties include answering phone calls, replying to and distributing emails, greeting customers General administration duties, data entry, photocopying and filing Maintaining office tidiness Purchasing stationery and staff amenities Creating certification documents Quoting small repair jobs Invoicing jobs Be willing to learn about the industry and take on new tasks Hours Mon-Thurs 7am-3.30pm and Fridays 7am-1.30pm The successful applicant will: Have an impeccable attendance record and arrive on time to start work every day Be friendly, confident, well presented and well spoken Be able to prioritise your tasks Be able to follow instructions and procedures Have very high attention to detail and accuracy Have strong computer skills Retain new information quickly If you are ready to be part of a dynamic team who are all passionate about what they do, hit APPLY NOW or contact Kelly on 0403187*** (call or text)
