ASSISTANT MANAGER HOSPITALITY Hands-On | Multi-Location | Career Progression Were looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to work closely with the owner across two locations. This role suits someone with strong fast-food / QSR experience who understands systems, people, and standards and isnt afraid to lead from the floor. The Role Youll be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including: Leading and supporting FOH & kitchen teams Ensuring all systems, procedures, and standards are followed Maintaining high customer service standards Managing stock levels, ordering, waste, and par levels Handling customer feedback, complaints, and rewards Training, coaching, and developing staff Working directly with the owner to improve systems and performance This is a hands-on role youll be on shift, setting the standard. What Were Looking For Experience in a role similar to Assistant Manager (or ready to step into one) Strong background in fast food or high-volume hospitality Confident managing people and busy services Systems-focused, organised, and reliable Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset A basic shift manager role alone isnt enough unless backed by strong experience and leadership ability.
