Our Customer Service Officers are multi-skilled and contribute to the efficient and effective operations of HILAC and the Outdoor Pools. This position is the first point of contact for our community and members and ensures a smooth patron journey throughout the centre. If successful in the role you will be able to work through a range of administrative, cash handling and customer experience tasks to accommodate daily operations and have a high level of customer service skills. One of the requirements of this role is for the successful applicant to hold or be willing to obtain a Lifeguard Qualification. This would also open up the opportunity for the successful applicant to gain extra hours by completing Lifeguard shifts within the Aquatic Centre operations. All successful applicants will be required to hold a current First Aid certificate and a Working with Children Check.
