Location: Lisarow, NSW 2250Employment Type: Full-time Are you an experienced Warehouse Operator with strong skills in both inbound receiving and outbound dispatch? We''re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to play a key role in our busy warehouse operations at our Lisarow site. What You''ll Do: Inbound Dispatch / Goods Receiving: Unloading containers, receiving deliveries, checking stock against paperwork, and ensuring accurate inbound processing. Stock Put-away & Replenishment: Organising and storing inventory accurately, performing stock replenishment and consolidation to maintain optimal stock levels. Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking and packing customer orders. Outbound Dispatch: Managing the final dispatch process, including scanning, labelling, consolidating loads, and preparing shipments for timely and accurate departure (this is a key focus area of the role). Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and internal stock movements (current forklift licence required). General warehouse duties to support the team and keep operations running smoothly. What We''re Looking For: Candidates must hold permanent Australian residency to be eligible for this position. We are specifically seeking candidates with solid experience in both inbound goods receiving and outbound dispatch functions in a warehouse environment. Minimum of 12 months recent warehouse experience, with demonstrated competence in inbound receiving and outbound dispatch processes. Current forklift licence (essential).
