THE OPPORTUNITY Adventist Senior Living (ASL) is seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Independent Living Community based in Cooranbong on a full-time basis. We are a welcoming and vibrant independent living community dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our residents. SELECTION CRITERIA Provide administrative support to the Village Manager and Independent Living team, including managing enquiries, appointments, and documentation Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data Prepare sales reports and contracts Coordinate tours and open days for prospective residents Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new residents Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth Assist in tracking sales performance and pipeline activity Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture and ASLs culture program The ASL Way.
