Apply now by addressing the following questions:Current Trade Certificate in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or similar.Demonstrated experience in delivering facilities maintenance services within healthcare, government, or similarly regulated environmentsDemonstrated sound understanding and application of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards in the areas of Facilities Management and work health and safety principles and guidelines.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of business concepts and basic computer literacy skills, including use of maintenance systems and documentation toolsAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in coordinating and overseeing contractors or service providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.Current NSW Drivers License and ability and willingness to travel for work purposesInformation For ApplicantsNSW Health Pathology is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace.
